GARLIC - 10 CLOVES

HERBS AND SPICES - 5 DIFFERENT ONES: CHIVES, PARSLEY, BASIL, ITALIAN MIX, TACO POWER 3 SMALL BAGS (IF YOU DON'T LIKE HOT AND SPICY, OMIT).

VEGGIES - 3 LARGE (3-LBS) FROZEN (PEAS, CARROTS, LIMA BEANS, STRING BEANS)

TOMATOES WHOLE - 6 CANS

CHUNK TOMATOES - 6 CANS

ONION SOUP MIX - 3 BAGS (ENVELOPS)

CELERY - 20 STALKS, CHOPPED

CHICKEN BROTH - 4 CANS

SPAGHETTI SAUCE (RAGU) - 6 LARGE (32 OZ) JARS, DUMP INTO POT, THEN FILL WITH WATER AND PUT THAT IN POT, TOO.

MAKES ABOUT 3 GALLONS.

COOK ON STOVE TOP IN 3 POTS, IF YOU DON'T HAVE A BIGGER ONE. LOW TO MEDIUM HEAT FOR ABOUT 8 HOURS.

I EAT THIS ALL SUMMER AND WINTER, YEAR ROUND. IT'S GOOD FOR MAN, HELPS FIGHT CANCER-POSTATE CANCER. I EAT THIS FOR A DIET AND HEALTH REASONS. I AM A DIABETIC AND USE NO SALT, ONLY WHAT COMES IN THE MIXES. DO NOT ADD ANY EXTRA SALT. IT IS GREAT TASTING, BETTER THAN MOST OTHER SOUPS.
